The EPA reports that lead from drinking water accounts for 10-20% of the total lead exposure in young children. According to the EPA,

“Too much lead in the human body can cause serious damage to the brain, kidneys, nervous system, and red blood cells. You have the greatest risk, even with short term exposure, if you are a young child, or you are pregnant.”

With concerns about toxicity and polution, I sometimes wonder if we’d be better of with dirt and grime in our homes. I don’t think every chemical is bad but as a general rule, I think the less chemicals the better. That’s where Method cleaning products come in.
